In the playground the good sports plays according to the rules of the game. It will not do for him to disregard a rule to suit his own purpose. While playing he puts forth the best in him to win. He shows his mettle by getting up after a fall and trying again. He regards his first failure as a challenge. He never knows when he is licked and builds his victory from his past defeat.
