So want to write a story and get it published. You only need to remember and do these three things. First, set a goal, remind yourself about how badly you want to write a story and see it printed on book, I suggest stick-it notes will help; second, execute it, create the plot and polish it; and lastly, remember the usual reasons why manuscripts are rejected.

Writing: Spelling Bee

During my college years, my adviser in the school paper shared a poem to us. It contained the importance of checking one’s spelling of words, and being very critical of one’s written work. It was a beautiful poem, and, although, I cannot recall the exact phrases, the lesson of that piece has stayed with me through the years.
