Senna: Slimming Herbal Tea
Senna is known as an aid for constipation. Pharmaceutically, it can be in suppository form, in tablet (Senokot), in capsule (Laxen) and in liquid form (Castoria). It is categorized as a laxative and a purgative. Interestingly, senna is also known as a slimming tea. But, is it recommendable for such use?
