Public Speaking is one of the phobias and fears of people. Of course, standing in front of a crowd totally scares the hell out of anyone specially when it’s the first you would walk into the stage and talk in front a crowd. It sometimes minimizes ones’ confidence when everyones’ eyes are looking straight into you and anything you’ll say would make them unsatisfied. Each weekend write down one constructive point that you will work on the following week. Make it your text for the week. Check yourself up carefully, honestly, and faithfully. Remember, no one can help you as much as yourself, and you have no one to account to but yourself. So don’t be afraid to get tough with yourself…it may be your last chance.

Many workers are unusually sensitive and easily offended by unthinking managers. There are people who wear their feelings on their coat sleeves, where they are unprotected and a silly develop a jumpy, neurotic, erratic make-up. While it is true we may dislike association with them, and lose the free – and easy attitude which automatically makes for pleasant relations, we must nevertheless exert ourselves to overcome any repugnance and “go out” to them.
