If you are into fitness but could not do all those cardio exercises like running, skipping, and other vigorous activities, do not despair. Tai ji or Tai Chi is an internal martial arts that has characteristic slow movements. It's a great fitness alternative. It is best when you do it outdoors, early in the morning.
